Frequently asked questions
What operators want to know before they start.
- When is the first charge made?
- The trial lasts 14 days. A payment method is captured at sign-up and the first charge is only made once the trial ends. Cancel any time.
- How do I sign in?
- With the company VAT ID (with or without the country prefix) or the short Easy TMS company code, plus username and password. Google sign-in is supported for administrators.
- Is my data isolated from other companies?
- Yes. Each trip, order and document belongs to a single company. Isolation is enforced at database level, not only in the UI.
- Do you support e-Factura?
- The system is prepared for integration with RO e-Factura. The live integration is enabled after the ANAF connector is configured and tested.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- The account enters a grace period during which you can export your data. Data is not deleted immediately after cancellation.
- How is this different from a general ERP?
- Easy TMS is built exclusively for road freight: trips, tractors, trailers, CMR, POD and fleet document expiries. You are not adapting generic modules.
